How It Works
So, you like what you've heard, and you want to get stuck in, but you're not sure about the process of working with a professional voiceover actor? Don't worry, booking me for your next project couldn't be simpler, and can be essentially broken down into these 5 easy steps;
Step 1:
You can get in touch by filling out the contact form, by email, or by any of the social media options at the bottom of this page. Tell me about your project, and any budget or deadlines you may be working with. You can also send me a sample of your script and I will provide a demo read for your consideration.
Step 2:
We'll discuss tone and style, and I will provide a quote based on my standard session fees, including usage considerations (when, where, and for how long you'd like to use my voice). I'll then send over my T&C's and a contract that's tailored to you.
Step 3:
If you're satisfied with everything; simply sign and email your confirmation to me, and attach a finalised script. Please make sure the script is correct as any amendments or alterations made after the fact may incur additional charges to the original quote.
Step 4:
I'll record your script in full. You may also provide live direction via Skype or Zoom, or just sit back and wait! I'll send the finished and cleaned audio for your appraisal, from here you can request additional reads for anything including mispronunciations or a change in style; simply send over your specific instructions and I will re-record to your specifications.
Step 5:
Once you're completely satisfied with the audio I've delivered, the job will be completed. I'll send over an invoice shortly after, then once you've paid, we're all done. Easy!
Frequently Asked Questions:
What audio file formats do you provide?
I can provide most standardised audio formats by request (MP3, WAV, AIFF, OGG, etc). If left unspecified; I will provide a mono 24bit 48khz WAV file by default.
What is your turnaround time?
I can work to your specified deadline, including 24 hours or less from the time I receive your confirmation and final script. Turnaround time is subject to change depending on availability and the length of the final script, just let me know if you need it urgently.
Can I listen in to the recording session and provide real-time feedback?
Of course! You can listen in using a remote video conferencing software of your choosing (incl. Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meets, etc.) and provide feedback as you would like.
What are your payment terms?
My standard payment terms are 30 days from supplying the final audio files and invoice.
